Intellectual Property — upon completion of your project, the client owns the web site files and content.

Domain Name & Web Site Hosting — the client is responsible for registering the domain name and setting up the web site hosting. If the client wishes, they can provide me with the FTP (file transfer protocol) information and I can upload files to the web site host. I am also available to help the client set up their domain name and web site host.
